But during my maternity leave, a new idea started to form. As I immersed myself in audiobooks and podcasts, I began to wonder: <em>Could I create a podcast of my own?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Like many of us, doubts crept in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Would I have enough topics to cover?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How could I find time?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Would anyone want to listen?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then it hit me\u2014I\u2019ve spent over a decade in the automotive industry, built a career in project management, and mentored aspiring women in tech. I\u2019m passionate about work-life balance, reducing stress, and finding harmony between home and work. <em>I already have so much to share.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So, I decided to start small, just like I did when I began blogging. I overcame the tech hurdles, learned about streaming platforms, and figured out editing (with a bit of trial and error!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And now, with just two days left in 2024, I\u2019m thrilled to cross \u201cStart a Podcast\u201d off my bucket list. &#x1f389;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Tanni Talks Tech<\/em> is live! &#x1f31f; It\u2019s available on Apple Podcasts, Amazon, YouTube (audio &amp; video). Your feedback and engagement mean the world to me, and I\u2019m excited to grow together as a community. Here\u2019s to embracing new challenges, celebrating successes, and learning from each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> I am looking forward to connecting with fellow women in tech, learning about your adventures and the ups and downs of it. Beyond that, I am looking forward to connect with anyone, who manages to juggle the responsibilities of work, while shouldering care-work at home. The challenges that come with it. My focus is on women, as even in 2024, it is often the women who share the bulk of care-work and has to pay an unseen price with it. I am open to also hearing the perspective of anyone else, who is also working while taking care of someone at home : be it child or children, a sick spouse, an elderly parent. The challenges these group of people face is unique. Yet they bring their best everyday to everything that do and that in itself in amazing feat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Together, we can create a supportive community where experiences are shared, and insights are gained. I believe that by listening to each other&#8217;s stories, we can find solidarity and inspiration to tackle our own challenges.
