Shipping Methods with DHL & Deutsche Post
Shipping is currently available only to delivery addresses in Germany. Shipping to all other countries is temporarily suspended from 12 August 2026 while we review country-specific packaging registration and compliance requirements.
The shipping cost is calculated based on the contents of your order and the selected shipping method. You can check the estimated shipping cost after adding products to your shopping cart.
Shipping within Germany
- Free Shipping from 55€ onwards
- Warenpost 1000 (Deutsche Post): 2,70€
- Warensendung Gewichtszuschlag ( upto 2Kg) : +0,85€ (Please note, we are testing this option and in case of issue, please contact us ).
- DHL Paket: 7,69€
Shipping outside Germany temporarily suspended
Current status
We currently cannot accept orders for delivery outside Germany. Shipping within Germany continues as usual.
What happens next
We are reviewing the requirements in individual countries and will gradually reopen shipping where compliance is feasible for a business of our size.
Großbrief
From Jan 1, 2026, we do not offer the “Großbrief” shipping option.
Warensendung 1000 and Warensendung Gewichzuschlag (bis 2000)
- weigh less than 1.0kg in total
- not exceed the dimensions: 32,5cm (Length) x 23,5cm (Width) x 5cm (Height)
- As of July 2025, we are testing Warensendung upto 2Kg for heavier notebooks.
DHL Paket
Orders that do not qualify for Warenpost are shipped with the fast and environmentally friendly DHL GoGreen service from DHL Paket.
We charge a flat rate of 7,69 € for DHL Paket unless the order qualifies for free shipping within Germany.
