Are you a beginner who is thinking about bringing some plants in your house to make it look good? Do you want to take up gardening as a hobby and do not know if you should do it? My post might help you to decide for gardening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Gardening is one of the productive hobbies around. There is nothing more joyful than seeing a seed planted in soil, growing and spreading and bearing flowers and fruits. The additional benefits while spending time with mother nature, with green plants and earth is it is very relaxing. Stresses tend to go away and calmness prevails when you switch to taking care of plants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Health benefits<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Working in a garden also burns a lot of calorie. Gardening is one of those exercises, where you burn calories in small amounts but consistently throughout the whole period of time and is good for people with diabetes and other issues.
Depending on your height, weight and health, simple gardening tasks like pulling weeds, planting flowers can burn between 200-400calories per hour. That is like burning as much calorie as there is in pizza!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
