Day to Day by DanceofChaos
I have been writing all my life. Ever since I was a little girl, I was writing for school magazines, annual puja magazines.
I opened blogs two times: once when I was in my university and blogging was the big new deal ( yes, I am that old). The second time when I was a couple of years into working. Both times, I was not very organised and closed the blogs down within six months. I wrote a lot in the beginning and the interest fizzled out early.
Dance of Chaos started slowly. I have had this blog close to two years now. There have been high and low points in posting. But one thing has been there: I have remained consistent. I wanted the blog to grow slowly and consistently. The blog has grown consistently. There are regular content updates in the blog by me; some interesting collaborations are happening. Some very exciting series are coming up based on productivity, stories in Bengali, English and maybe even German.
A good brand needs a good logo. Around last year, this time, when the idea of logo was discussed, I was very unsure about the scope of the blog and was primarily focussed on content. Flash forward to this year and I am sure that I want to see this blog to grow, be a hub of creativity: in its own pace but Dance of Chaos is not going anywhere.
The brief for the logo was simple: something that shows the spirit of creativity and growth, all the crazy ideas I have, the chaos of my life, and the everyday balance I try to achieve : and Megha has done a fantastic job.
I have been in touch with Megha for close to two years now. I love the work she does and the stationary products she creates. She has done some graphic work for the blog and a personal event already. I trust her vision and we sync really well and I could not have a better logo that the one she created.
Here is to having a long lasting blog, forging connections and providing some good reading and tips to you all.
